this is a good recipe when you have to take lunch to work
fast and easy bread with vegetables
ingredients:
180 gr flour
3 or 4 eggs
100 ml milk
100 ml olive oil
100 gr grated cheese
1 tea spoon yeast (powder)
parsley
sal and pepper
a mixture of vegetables of your choice
method:
pre-heat the oven 180 ºC. mix the eggs, milk and olive oil. add the flour and yeast. mix well, then add the cheese, chopped parsley, your vegetables choice and salt and pepper. mix well again, put in a roast tray and take to the oven for 30 to 40 minutes till golden and soft.
notes: depending the vegetables i use i might have to sauté them first (if i'm using broccolis for exemple), wich i prefer because they get more tasty, or you can give a fast cook in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
